Returns & Exchanges

At LVW Underwear, your satisfaction and hygiene are our top priorities; we accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for sanitary reasons, garments that have been tried on or removed from their heat-sealed hygiene seal cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Verify Hygiene Seals

  Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached, as opened intimate apparel is ineligible for return.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
